<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">We are 4 guys who have all worked several years in the rental industry with scaffolding, lifts, excavators, etc.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">&nbsp;</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">We noticed more and more that scaffolding was what we all enjoyed working with best. When the time was right, we decided to focus only on scaffolding and we haven't regretted it since.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">&nbsp;</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">We offer scaffolding packages on trailers in many varying sizes, and it should be possible if you don't find something that fits your wall. If you want your scaffolding package delivered and picked up, we offer that too.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">&nbsp;</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Of course, there are several of us who have ten thumbs and may need help with the assembly and disassembly of the scaffolding. We of course also carry out this.</p>

To register an order, information about the time of rental and what type of equipment has been reserved/ordered must also be stored. There is an age limit of 18 years for using the service, and you must therefore also provide your year of birth. When using the service, your order history is stored. This personal information is used to deliver the service to you. This personal information is kept as long as you are registered as a user with us. The personal information we have registered is available and can be changed on your page, which you can find in the online booking service after logging in. You can also contact us and request that we remove your personal information or be deregistered from our systems. You will then no longer be able to use the service unless you register again.</p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">When you place an order, your card information is stored with the payment provider DIBS to safeguard your order. DIBS stores the information in a secure and responsible manner and is PCI-certified. This allows us to handle changes to orders, cancellations of reservations such as deposits, credits, additional costs incurred by the user (due to late submission, damage or similar), as well as reduce misuse and waste. Transaction information is stored related to your order, but not the card information. Transaction information will be stored as long as you are registered as a user of the service, cf. the section on personal data.</p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The personal data collected for these purposes includes both information you provide yourself (name, email address, etc.) and information collected through use of the service, such as which equipment you rent and information about location and technical information about your device and internet connection. <li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">If the rental object is returned on holidays, Saturdays, Sundays, and between 3pm-7am. on weekdays, the renter accepts that the rental object will be checked in at the first opportunity during normal working hours on a weekday. If damage is found, this will be invoiced, deducted from the deposit or deducted from the credit card used to pay for the original rental. In the event of an extension, change or damage that results in additional costs, these can be deducted from the stored credit card used for the original order.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Unless otherwise agreed, the rent shall be paid from the day / time the rental object is reserved and up to the day / time it is returned.</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><strong>Use and supervision of the rental object</strong>: The renter is responsible for the use of the rental object, and that the user/driver has the necessary competence in accordance with applicable regulations and authority requirements. The renter is obliged to follow the applicable daily maintenance in accordance with the user manual. Other operational maintenance, such as changing tires in the event of a puncture, as well as consumables that normally must be replaced during operation, is the renter's responsibility. The rent does not include fuel, lubricants or washing. The renter is also obliged to make the machines available for service/annual inspection. The rental object shall only be used for such use and under such working conditions as it is intended, and shall not be exposed to special environmental loads without prior written agreement. The rental object shall also not be exposed to stresses and uses for which it is not intended.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Subletting the rental object or using it outside Norway is not permitted without written consent from StillasGutta.no AS. The tenant may not transfer his rights under this agreement to others or make any legal dispositions of the rental object.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">StillasGutta.no AS has the right to inspect the rental property at any time, and must be kept informed by the tenant about the location of use.</li>
</ul>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The person renting the rental property must be familiar with the applicable regulations that apply to its use. The tenant/user must ensure that they have a valid driver's license, a certificate of competence required for the rental property, this also applies to parking regulations, etc. The tenant is responsible for and must pay any fines, etc. for improper use.</p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The rental object is in operational condition upon delivery from us. Any defects and deficiencies must be reported immediately! If the tenant does not report them, the rental object is considered to be faultless upon delivery.</p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Risk and liability: The risk for the rental object passes to the tenant from the moment the rental object is handed over, and remains with the tenant until it is returned.</p>

<li>StillasGutta.no AS is not responsible for the rental property satisfying the tenant's needs. StillasGutta.no AS is not responsible for indirect losses, including damage and costs resulting from operational interruptions, forced delivery or delayed delivery of the rental property, unless StillasGutta.no AS is responsible for, has shown gross negligence or intent.</li>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">In addition to the liability that accrues to StillasGutta.no AS under the Motor Vehicle Liability Act, the lessee has any liability in connection with the rental relationship, including loss through deprivation, property, personal or consequential damage that the rental object or its use may cause to the lessee, the lessee's employees, user, third parties or third party objects.</p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">In the event of any damage, StillasGutta.no AS must be notified immediately regardless of fault or cause. Major repairs must not be initiated without written consent from StillasGutta.no AS.</p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><strong>Return</strong>: Before the end of the rental period, the renter is obliged, at his own expense and risk, to return the rental object to the department from which it was delivered, or another agreed location. The rental object must be returned complete, including any additional equipment and instructional materials provided, and must be cleaned and in the same condition as when delivered, with the exception of deterioration caused by normal use and age.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Any defects, necessary cleaning, and final repairs caused by extraordinary deterioration shall be covered by the tenant. LeiMegN&aring;.no AS is entitled to invoice the tenant for these matters. Any rental object not returned may be required to be replaced at its new purchase value.</p>
</li>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">If the tenant does not fulfill his obligation to return the rental object at the end of the rental period, the tenant agrees that the landlord may demand forced delivery without legal action, cf. the Enforcement Act, Section 13-2, 2nd paragraph, letter b. Similarly, forced delivery without legal action is agreed if the agreed rent is not paid when due, cf. the Enforcement Act, Section 13-2, 2nd paragraph, letter a.</p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><strong>If return shipping has been ordered, the customer must inform StillasGutta.no when they are ready with the scaffolding. The rental does not end until this is done.</strong></p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The tenant has familiarized himself with the terms and conditions before using the equipment.</p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The equipment may be leased from various leasing companies (LS) to the Lessor and is in those cases the property of LS. This agreement is then to be considered a sublease agreement. If LS terminates its leasing agreement with the Lessor, LS has the right to terminate this agreement, and in this connection, among other things, demand that the equipment be delivered to LS or the person designated by LS.</p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">StillasGutta.no AS cannot guarantee delivery of the reserved object if another tenant does not return the rented object on time. StillasGutta.no AS will do what we can to find a replacement object. The tenant cannot claim compensation from StillasGutta.no AS.</p>
